NEG FUNDING INCREASING TO 15 HOURS
From September 2008 St George’s Nursery School will be offering the 15 hours of free nursery education funding for 3 and 4 year olds.
The only site this will not be available at, at present is our Aylestone site

CHARITY FUNDRAISING MONTH
In September 2008 the St George’s Nursery School group will be having a fundraising month where all proceeds raised go to a very worthwhile cause, the NSPCC.
Our Aylestone site’s fundraising week is WC 1st September.
Our City site’s week is WC 8th September
Our Oadby site’s week is WC 15th September
Our Enderby site’s week is WC 22nd September
There will be lots of activities going on throughout the weeks such as bouncy castles, cake stalls, sponsored events, dressing up and a raffle which will be drawn in the final week with lots of great prizes to be won.
Some of our staff will also be doing a sponsored parachute jump!!! Very brave!
3 STARS AWARDED BY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
Our Enderby site was inspected by Environmental Health on the 8th January 2008 and was awarded 3 stars for high standards!
We are awaiting certificates as the nursery is classed as very good which is the highest grade you can get.
