Voucher Schemes

The provision of vouchers must be part of an employer’s scheme, which will save you money on your childcare costs without affecting your salary, pension, benefits or even tax credits.

Salary sacrifice scheme

This scheme works by ‘top slicing’ the cost of the childcare from your salary. As you are paid less salary, you pay less Income tax, National Insurance and Company Pension contributions, hence saving money.
